JEFFREY S. DAGOWITZ

PRINCIPAL

Jeffrey S. Dagowitz is the founder of Actium Development and has been involved in real estate capital markets and development for 25 years.  Mr. Dagowitz has been directly responsible for the acquisition, development, and financing of upscale and luxury hospitality real estate valued in excess of $1 billion.

Mr. Dagowitz was one of the founding partners of the James Hotel Group in 2002.  In his role as a Managing Partner, Jeff established the management platform and led the acquisitions of trophy hotels and properties in the five largest hospitality markets in the United States (New York, Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles, and Scottsdale, Arizona), with a total asset value of approximately $450 million. Mr. Dagowitz established a partnership to acquire and reposition the Sereno Beach Hotel in St. Barthelemy, French West Indies to Le Sereno, a super luxury hotel designed by Christian Liaigre. He was also the driving force that united celebrity chef Jean-George Vongerichten and nightlife impressario Randy Gerber at the Icon Hotel, in Houston, Texas. Previously Mr. Dagowitz was Senior Manager, Acquisitions & Development, for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide and prior to that Jeff was at Bankers Trust and BT Alex Brown.

IGOR KRNAJSKI

PRINCIPAL

With more than 20 years of residential, hospitality and commercial development expertise, Mr. Krnajski is a co-founder of Actium Development and has lead all aspects of project development, including acquisitions, design, concept and management, to new construction and interior rehabilitation.

Mr. Krnajski was one of the founding partners of the James Hotel Group, which over a short period of time established hotels and properties in the five largest hospitality markets in the United States (New York, Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles, and Scottsdale, Arizona), with a total asset value of approximately $450 million. Mr. Krnajski joined Denihan Hospitality as Head of Development in 2008 when Denihan acquired the James Group and its management company, overseeing more than $375 million of renovation and redevelopment projects (including the repositioning of over 2,000 hotel rooms). Previously Igor managed on behalf of Bovis Lend Lease in the US and United Kingdom several noteworthy international projects, including the redevelopment of Terminal 1 at London’s Heathrow Airport and The Manchester City Center retail redevelopment.
